In February 2024, TLC Hospitality successfully completed the Tower Rooms and Suites refresh at the iconic Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, a property owned by Trammell Crow. This large-scale renovation encompassed 714 guestrooms and suites, where TLC Hospitality provided custom casegoods and bathroom vanities tailored to enhance both style and function.
Working closely with Raeder-Whaler on purchasing, our team delivered a design package that balanced timeless sophistication with modern convenience. The refresh featured integrated lighting and power solutions built directly into the custom headboards and TV panels, ensuring guests enjoy elevated comfort and usability throughout their stay.
The result was a comprehensive transformation that reimagined the Tower Rooms with a fresh, contemporary design, strengthening Hilton Anatole’s position as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
