The largest team in Vietnam
Attention to detail is where we excel. With a robust team of full-time QC managers (the largest in Vietnam), we oversee every project through our proprietary 14-step TLC Q process, ensuring your furniture meets your brand’s exact specifications.
Key activities
- While our factory partners provide the building, the equipment, and the labor, our in-house team manages every step of the process.
- Our approach is rigorous: for example, we qualify all of our factories and sub factories, inspect all materials, check finishes at every step, and verify machine maintenance. In short, we do a lot.
- We adhere to our strict 14-step QC process for all projects so you can rest assured your pieces will be exactly as specified.
- All packaging is fully customized to meet the needs of your project. Whether you require barcodes, color coding, product images, or project details, we can accommodate your requests as well as recommend best practices.






Timely + Dependable
Our in-house logistics team manages every aspect of your shipments, ensuring you’re not reliant on external freight forwarders. With full control over logistics, we provide real-time updates, giving you visibility into the status of your project.

- We spread our cargo amongst the major alliances as much as possible to avoid blank sailings.
- Contracts are front-loaded each season to capitalize on more competitive contractual rates.
- We monitor all of our containers in real time. That means we can better react to unforeseen circumstances and keep your product moving.
- We have an established network of domestic warehouses should your project require storage.

TLC was outstanding in delivering over 1400 rooms of quality furniture for our tower remodel. The quality of furniture was first rate. All of our products were delivered on time, hitting each milestone date. They did this up against a tight delivery schedule and an owner delayed start.
