Paul Dougan

FOUNDER & CEO

Based in Dallas, TX, Paul Dougan brings over 21 years of industry experience to his role as CEO at The Living Company. A graduate of the University of Witwatersrand, Paul has been instrumental in establishing The Living Company as one of the fastest growing and most successful providers of FF&E. His commitment to high-quality custom solutions and strategic vision has helped reduce supply chain complexity and ensure project completion certainty. Paul's dedication and leadership make him an invaluable asset to the company, positioning The Living Company for continued growth and expansion into new markets. Outside of work, Paul is passionate about golf, reflecting his drive for precision and excellence in both professional and personal pursuits.

Alan Fang

PRESIDENT & COO

Based in Hermosa Beach, CA, Alan Fang is an experienced global supply chain leader with a proven track record in management and C-suite positions at multiple notable companies, including Specialized Bicycle Components, MGA Entertainment, and BRG Sports. Currently, he oversees finance, accounting, and e-commerce operations, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in diverse business functions. Alan holds a BS from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. An avid golfer and reader, Alan balances his intellectual pursuits with an active lifestyle that includes running, riding, and playing volleyball. Once a comic book collector, he now channels his enthusiasm into exploring new culinary experiences.

Bob Bomholt

EVP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Bob, based in Nashville, TN, has over 25 years of experience, holds a BS from Defiance College and an MBA from Wright State University, and is a certified accountant. He began his career at NCR Corporation in Corporate Finance, then moved into Supply Chain and Operations, overseeing production outsourcing to Asia and Mexico. At Kimball Hospitality, he held roles in Operations, Sales Management, and General Management. In Nashville, Bob joined Pinnacle South and later co-founded A2B Hospitality, innovating in hotel furniture. Acquired by TLC Hospitality in 2020, Bob has since contributed to numerous signature projects, enhancing the company's reputation in the casegoods industry.

Wyatt Harris

EVP DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Based in Dallas, TX, Wyatt Harris serves as the Executive Vice President of Development Strategy, integral in driving the company's growth and success in hospitality. Wyatt holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, bringing a robust educational background to his position. Since then, he has been closely involved in several investments, supporting management teams in operations, sales, and corporate strategy. Wyatt's strategic vision and leadership are complemented by his passion for golf, tennis, and various sports, alongside a love for being near the ocean. His well-rounded background and dedication to his career and personal interests make him a dynamic and invaluable asset to the company.

Tony Ferguson

SVP GLOBAL MANUFACTURING

Tony began his career on the shop floor of furniture factories in North Carolina, quickly rising through management. He moved to Asia in the early 1990s to leverage low labor costs. Tony has worked with significant furniture companies like Standard Furniture, Home Meridian, Aspen, La-Z-Boy, and Kimball in his 30+ year career. Rejoining Bob and Adam at TLC in 2021, Tony now lives in Ho Chi Minh City, VN, leading a team of 40+ TLC associates in engineering, product development, quality management, logistics, and factory operations. He has delivered millions of furniture pieces to prestigious hotels worldwide and excels in managing complex organizations with top-tier processes. Tony is also skilled at demonstrating precise manufacturing techniques directly to machine operators.

Richard Frankl

CFO

Richard Frankl brings over 30 years of financial experience as Chief Financial Officer. He leads TLC's Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll functions, overseeing audit, tax, banking, lending, and external reporting. Richard's background includes leadership roles in public and private finance/accounting, nearly seven years with Deloitte in audit and consulting, and four years in the consumer furniture industry. After working with various private equity-backed businesses, he joined TLC as CFO in 2019. Richard holds a BBA in Accounting and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from Southern Methodist University and resides in Dallas. He is a certified CPA and CMA.

Adam Gray

SVP TECHNICAL SALES

Adam began his career with Kimball Hospitality in 1996 after earning a BS from Indiana University. With over 28 years of experience, his specialties include customer development, project execution, and supply chain management. At Kimball, he was instrumental in implementing their outsourcing model and training staff and factory partners in Asia. His roles included industrial engineering, product costing, and project management. After leaving Kimball in 2017, Adam and Bob joined PremierXD, launching it into the hospitality market and establishing infrastructure in China and Vietnam. In 2020, Adam co-founded A2B Hospitality, which later merged with The Living Company. When not in the office, you can find Adam on the pickleball court or spending time with family.

Alicia Andry

VP PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Based in Dallas, TX, Alicia brings 13 years of experience in furniture product development and project management to TLC Hospitality. Hospitality and service are in her blood, having grown up working in her family’s restaurant from the age of 9. After earning a BS from Baylor University, Alicia began her career in account management before transitioning to KidKraft, where she discovered her passion for product development and manufacturing. Since joining TLC Hospitality in 2018, Alicia has been instrumental in spearheading project management, driving the company’s success with her expertise and dedication. When not in the office, Alicia enjoys tennis, skiing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Bennett Waits

Director of Engineering

Based in Dallas, TX, Bennett has been leading engineering for TLC Hospitality since 2019. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, he began his career in design for manufacturing in power generation technologies and HVAC. In 2013, Bennett transitioned to residential furniture and hospitality FF&E. He has spent extensive time in Asia observing production and understanding manufacturing capabilities. He has been instrumental in creating best-in-class processes and a world-class team. When he is not examining the furniture at each hotel, he enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with College Football.
